Izzazu Salon Policies
Booking Appointments
We require a credit/debit card to be on file for all clients. You still may pay for your services with a check or cash. We will only charge the card on file if you fail to show up for your appointment without notice or request that card be used for payment. When booking for the first time, your are required to pay for %50 percent of the service, or place a card on file. However this is a one time transaction. Future bookings can be made without putting down a deposit.
Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels within 24 hours there will be a charge of 50% of scheduled service price. A No Call No Show will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. To cancel Please Call your desired location at: Downtown: 412-325-1600 North: 724-933-0100 And South: 412-833-1660
Tardiness
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee service.
Credit Card Surcharge
There will be a 3% convenience fee added to all credit and debit card transactions. This rate adjustment is due to the rising rate increases from card processors. There is no cost for cash or check transactions.
Gratuity
We accept gratuity in cash or check only. Our front desk does not offer cash back on credit or debit card transactions. We do have ATM's on site but we recommend coming prepared with cash.
Parking
Downtown
There is no street parking on 5th Ave. The closest parking garages are available on Oliver Ave. The best garage to use is the Oliver Garage as it goes underneath our building. WE DO NOT VALIDATE PARKING. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to our Downtown location as the nature of being in the center of Pittsburgh means there is always road closures, full parking garages and other hindrances.
North
Free parking is available in the Fairmont Square parking lot.
South
Our Salon is located in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of free parking as well as extra parking BEHIND the building.
Groupon
Please note that our groupons offers are for first time new clients only. You must call to make an Groupon appointment and a credit card is required to hold your appointment.
Student Discount Pricing
10% off accepted by select stylist. Must provide valid student ID. Not valid with Master Stylists or Principal Stylists.
Straightening Deposit Refunds
We require a deposit to be paid in order to schedule any straightening service (Brazilian Blowout or Keratin.)
Frequent Cancellations or Rescheduling
If a client has a history of frequently cancelling and rescheduling, we do require a credit card on file and reserve the right to charge a client who frequently no shows or reschedules. Please keep in mind this is to respect the Stylists time and livelyhood.
