Izzazu Salon Policies
We have a cancellation policy of 50% of scheduled service price if appointments are cancelled within 1 day of the appointment time without proper notice. For clients who no-call, no-show 2 times will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service total when booking your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee service. We cannot allow your service time to cut into that of a punctual client.
Credit Card Surcharge:
There will be a 3% convenience fee added to all credit and debit card transactions. This rate adjustment is due to the rising rate increases from credit card processors. There is no cost for cash or check transactions.
We accept gratuity in cash or check only. Our front desk does not offer cash back on credit or debit card transactions. Please feel free to use our on-site ATM where we would be welcome to break any larger bills!
DOWNTOWN: Paid parking is available in the Oliver Garage. If the sign reads "full," speak to the valet tenant and inform them that you are visiting Izzazu Salon.
NORTH: Free parking is available in the Fairmont Square parking lot.
